We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, our customer care team would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be facilitated.


It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail

Step 1

You need to inform us by email(mentioning the Order id in the subject) on [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving the parcel. If we are not informed within 5 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good. We only ask you not to use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You may try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition:

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

There are 2 ways to return the product:

  • Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service.
  • Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will adjust the shipping costs in the final refund provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us. The Address details will be provided by us over Email

● We do not return or exchange Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Swimwear and Jewellery, masks once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.

● Any product which is marked as Non-Returnable in the product description will not be eligible for return.

Outside India

We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders. unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered. In an exceptional case to case basis, if a customer is able to facilitate the return of goods at any of our stores in India, within 30 days from delivery, we can facilitate an exchange for the customer.
